Qingdao Rotashine New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Qingdao, China. We develop and supply specialty effect pigments, cosmetic ingredients and functional materials for overseas markets.

Our company was founded by a team with extensive experience in materials development and international chemical trade. We operate as an integrated manufacturing and trading business, with activities spanning materials R&D, production, quality control, supply chain management and overseas sales.

Cosmetic effect pigments are a key part of our business. We develop pigments and pre-dispersed pigment systems based on bismuth oxychloride (CI 77163), focusing on visual effects, dispersibility, formulation compatibility, crystal integrity and stability. We also place emphasis on ease of incorporation into formulations.

We coordinate closely with our manufacturing partners to tailor purity, crystal morphology, particle size, surface treatments and dispersion systems based on customer requirements. Beyond cosmetics, we also develop pigments used in industrial and automotive coatings and plastics.

We develop our products with a focus on performance in real-world applications.
